Day 1, Friday 24th August 2012

We meet at St Paul's Cathedral at 0830 for registration and photos, with an 0900 start. Crossing the Thames, we use the Mayor's new cycle lanes to safely leave the City, heading south past Clapham Common and into the suburbs.
Our mid-morning break will be at DMRC Headley Court, the main tri-service rehabilitation centre, and will give our riders the opportunity to meet some of the severely injured servicemen and women who they are raising funds for!!
We stop for lunch just south of Gatwick Airport, before threading our way through the Downs and into Newhaven for our overnight stop.

Day 2, Saturday 25th August 2012

A lazy start to the day, with breakfast and the relaxing ferry journey to Dieppe, from where we follow the Avenue Verte, a converted former railway line, through delightful Norman scenery towards our second night stop at Gournay en Bray.

Day 3, Sunday 26th August 2012

From Gournay en Bray there's just over 100 kilometres left to the Eiffel Tower. Our route takes us through beautiful countryside, and we stop for lunch on the high level bridge over the Oise at Cergy, before heading into Paris crossing the Seine by La Defense and riding on to the Arc De Triomphe before finishing at the Tour Eiffel. Enjoy our celebratory team dinner at a Paris restaurant.

Day 4, Monday 27th August 2012

Your day free to chill out and explore Paris before taking the 1713 Eurostar service from the Gare Du Nord back to St Pancras station in London.
